Is your car on the Repo man's List? Federal Law's can save your car from being repossessed!

Have you fallen behind with car/truck/van/motorcycle, or RV payments? It's happens to the best of us. The problem is trying to explain your situation to the Loan Company. In reality, many loan companies don't really care about your personal problems. You made an agreement with them and they want their money, or they want your car.

The truth of the matter is that the Loan Company will not tell you your legal rights concerning what you can do, or can't do about the situation. They just want their money. Of course! There are some exceptions, but we don't hear about very many. Bill Collectors are paid on performance and that means saying whatever it takes to get paid. If it takes being nice, or pointing out things that would scare the hell out of you, they will. The bottom line is that they want their money, or they want your vehicle.

Federal Laws were created to protect you in situations that concern your budget, financial matters that cause you deep emotional stress, or that create a situation that makes it very difficult to exist with too many bills and financial obligations.

Something happens in your life that you didn't expect. You need some extra money, but you don't have it. You don't want to borrow from friends as it's too embarrassing and your family are out of the question. You start thinking to yourself. Maybe if you used the house payment, car payment, you could catch up next month and it would only cost you a late charge? It may start with an unexpected medical bill, or a work related layoff, or some situation that you didn't plan for and there goes the budget. Here's come the Bill Collectors! Send out the Repo-Man!

Not all lenders are that bad! As a matter of fact, many will bend over backwards to work with you, but that is the exception, not the rule.

Your car can be repo'ed if you are one one day late on a scheduled payment.

Why would the lender want that car? Maybe he can resell it and still charge you plenty of extra fee's for the Repo, the paperwork, the legal end, the auctioning of the car and any additional fees laid out in your original agreement.

Some car dealers resell a car sever times, repaying it as many times along the way. 20/20 had a good story that told how some car dealers make as much as $27,000.00 on a $5,000.00 car.

Federal Laws allow you to keep your car, 90% of the time, and repay the dealer through the Federal Weekly Repayment Plan over three, to five years.

No! Don't go calculating just yet! There are other factors that come into the play. The term of the agreement. The actual Blue Book value of the car, etc.

The bottom line is that we can help you keep your car, or we can help you get ride of it and go into another one, almost immediately and dump the total debt in most cases.

When we do the calculations, you may not want that car when you see what it will actually cost you to keep it. You have a choice. One way, or another, we can Stop the Bill Collectors Calls and we can STOP the Repo-Man from taking your car immediately.

We can explain how this negative time in your life might be a blessing in disguise. You can use Federal Laws to return the car and pay the dealer nothing. In addition, you can go right into a new, or newer car at another dealer after using Federal Laws and we know plenty of good dealers that will be happy to help you.

What we are discussing is Federal Law and your rights! If you are over burdened with bills and just can't make it financially, we can help!
